UX Design: Care Circle
The following is a solution I came up with in regard to the problem: "How might we empower patients and caregivers to navigate a diagnosis in ways that align with the patient's wishes, reduce stress on their community, and maximize everyone's contribution in providing care?"
To gain insight, I conducted user research interviews between patients and caregivers. Then, I went on to create journey maps, behavior archetypes from both the patient and caregiver personas, and wireframes. I determined a Care Circle phone app would be the most beneficial. This allows the person undergoing the medical diagnosis to create a "care circle" that then has the ability to log in and assign themselves tasks that the patient has inputted would be helpful in their recovery.
Keeping the tone welcoming and friendly, clean and peaceful, as well as organized and easy to use are the core elements of the final product developed in Figma.
